FOLLOW ME / SHADOW ME PROGRAM

Starting Monday, January 18th, I am introducing the Follow Me / Shadow Me program.  This is a program designed where 3 to 4 past, current or future WARRIORS will follow me for a 45 minute full body exercise regime. The program is once a week.  You will team up with 2 to 3 other WARRIORS or bring a friend to motivte each other.  INBOX ME FOR DETAILS!!

MEAL PLANNING SERVICE

Meals plans are available for weight loss or gain goals.  The meals plans are designed for a 30 day time frame.  The cost of the meal planning service will vary on your goal. I will prepare a menu guideline for six days othe week allowing one "pleasers" day.  The plan willl direct you on what and when to eat breakfast, lunch, dnner and two snack meals.  The plan will also prep you for your pre and post exercise meals.  PLEASE INBOX ME FOR DETAILS!!
